About The Project:

Project SUNBRIGHT "Supporting Nany in Exclusive Breastfeeding and Infant/Child Feeding for Growing Healthy Tsikiting" aims to contribute to the reduction and prevention of malnutrition through the promotion of exclusive breastfeeding and appropriate complementary feeding.

Needs of the Community:

Capacity building activities among health and nutrition service providers and community support group members.
Targeted education and awareness campaigns to promote accurate knowledge and practices and reduce myths and misconceptions.
Develop SBCC materials and assure key messages are targeted to different groups such as male, female, teenage mothers, single and first- time mothers, working mothers, etc.
Form support groups for fathers to promote active participation of fathers in ensuring the health and nutrition of the mothers and infants.
